We are happy to share that we will be running two more practitioner insight sessions on Tuesday 11th October for professors. (This event is not for students). In these sessions specifically for university finance professors, we will share intriguing research on The Future of Work in Investment Management: Skills and Learning. This report identifies gaps between the supply and demand for skills, outlines strategies for career development, and proposes structural changes to investment teams to better leverage diverse talent.
