On the 16 of December, we hold the final step of the 1,5-year English-taught “MBA” program https://lnkd.in/dRiAzzNXat KNEU named after Vadym Getman – the defense of Master's thesis.
 
During the education, students got the knowledge of the basic tools for managing key functional areas of the enterprise's activities—finance, marketing, operations, logistics, human resource management, etc.; develop personal management, communication, and leadership skills; experienced quality communications with the international student and business community; and got the practical skills in working in multinational teams during internships in international companies.
 
 Now, our masters were ready to present the results of their diploma research:
 
 * Artificial Intelligence in Global Business: points out areas where AI-based instruments can become beneficial investments for the business and emphasizes the importance of aligning AI initiatives with corporate social responsibility (CSR) values.
 
 * Investment Portfolio Management in International Business: research provides a rigorous and objective analysis of BlackRock's investment portfolio management in Southeast Asia.
 
 * Marketing Management in International Companies: the study underscores the strategic importance of marketing management in driving long-term success for businesses worldwide.
 
 * Multinational Technology Companies in Modern Global Business: provide an in-depth analysis of multinational technological companies within the global business environment.

        During the defense of the master's thesis, the professors of the Department of International Management—Professors Kistersky L.L.,  Kalchenko T.V., Associate Professors Oliinyk V.V., Fursova O.V., and Babych T.O. evaluated the ability of future master’s students in international business to make and implement responsible managerial decisions.
