Open guest online lectures of the Department of International Trade and Marketing (12.12.2025)12 December 2025р.

On December 12, the Department of International Trade and Marketing hosted an open educational event that brought together government officials, the academic community, and international business experts. Participants had the opportunity to delve into current topics that shape the modern architecture of the global economy.

The guest online lectures focused on global and national trade policy, current challenges and trends in international trade, digital marketing, and AdTech in the context of global economic instability and Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine.

The event brought together students, graduate students, doctoral students, and faculty of KNEU, becoming a platform for professional discussion between representatives of business, international organizations, and the academic community.

 The following experts shared their insights:

  • Volodymyr Trokoz, Commercial Director of Rud JSC, Candidate of Economic Sciences, MBA (Edinburgh Business School), who highlighted the practical aspects of Ukrainian companies' trade activities in a turbulent external environment;
  • Tetiana Tananaiko, First Secretary of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva, PhD in International Economic Relations, graduate of the Master's program in International Trade and Marketing (2018), who outlined the key directions and priorities of Ukraine's trade policy;
  • Yulia Zavadska, Data Analyst of the Data Science team at LoopMe (UK), Candidate of Economic Sciences, who focused on the use of data, digital technologies, and AdTech tools in international marketing.

The event was moderated by Olga Yatsenko, Acting Head of the Department of International Trade and Marketing, Doctor of Economics, Professor, who ensured the logical unity of the reports and active interaction with the audience.

The event sparked lively interest and active discussion among participants, confirming the importance of combining academic knowledge with practical experience in training specialists in the field of international trade and marketing.
