The Department of International Management offers Master’s degree programs in International Business and Business Administration, designed to prepare highly qualified professionals for leadership positions in international business and the global economy. These programs focus on developing strategic thinking, analytical skills, and managerial decision-makingcompetencies essential for effective performance in today’s dynamic international environment. Graduates acquire the knowledge and skills that open up career advancement opportunities in international corporations, consulting firms, government institutions, and international organizations.

The educational and professional program International Business is focused on modern scientific research in the field of international business, entrepreneurship and trade, takes into account the specifics of the activities of business entities in international and national markets in modern business conditions and focuses on relevant specializations, within which further professional and scientific careers are possible.

The joint English-taught Master’s program in Business Administration, delivered by the Department of International Management of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman in cooperation with the School of Business & Society at the University of Redlands (USA), received accreditation from the U.S. Ministry of Education. Thanks to this accreditation, KNEU students have the opportunity to earn a dual degree, significantly expanding their academic and professional prospects both in Ukraine and in the international labor market.
