An open lecture on “Modern cultures of international business”12 November 2024р.

On 12.11.2024 at 13:00, an open lecture on “Modern Cultures of International Business” was held, which was attended by students of the master's degree programs “International Trade and Marketing”, “International Economic Relations”, and the bachelor's degree program “International Economics”.

Attention to cultural differences helps to avoid misunderstandings and conflicts. In addition, adapting to the specifics of doing business in different countries helps build trust and long-term partnerships, which Oleksandr Siryk told the students based on his twenty years of experience in international consulting, successfully combining the theoretical basis of cross-cultural communications with practical cases and examples. Participants received useful insights into the peculiarities of business cultures around the world, evaluated and discussed their own vision of the place of Ukraine's business culture on E. Meyer's cultural map.
