An open lecture on “Development of Ukraine's processing industry in the context of export competitiveness”21 May 2024р.

On May 21, 2024, students of the Faculty of International Economics and Management, in particular, the International Trade and Marketing and International Economics programs, had a great opportunity to join an open lecture by Dmytro Kysylevsky and Igor Guzhva on the topic “Development of the Ukrainian processing industry in the context of export competitiveness”.
 
Dmytro Kysylevskyi is Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development, Ukrainian politician, initiator of the Processing Industry Development Plan. He specializes in industrial policy and exports. He is the author of legislative initiatives on localization, industrial parks, investment insurance against military risks, incentives for the production of electric vehicles, and the development of private space.
Ihor Guzhva is a Doctor of Economics, Head of the CMD-Ukraine Think Tank, Advisor to the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development. Key areas of expertise: processing industry and international trade. Co-author of the laws of Ukraine on industrial parks, export credit agency, localization in public procurement, as well as other legislative acts in the field of industry and international trade. He is a graduate of the International Trade and Marketing program at Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman and has been an active stakeholder of the Department of International Trade and Marketing for many years.
