Educational and Methodological WorkThe educational and methodological work of the department’s faculty is aimed at enhancing the scientific and methodological level of teaching undergraduate and master’s courses through innovative pedagogical technologies. The department’s lecturers employ the latest educational technologies to conduct lectures, seminars, and training sessions, strongly focusingon encouraging independent student work. Their direct international experience—both academic and practical—significantlycontributes to this approach. For example, Professor Y. G. Panchenko has experience in universities in the USA, China, Egypt, and South Korea; Doctor of Economics, Professor V. A. Biloshapka, and Doctor of Economics, Professor T. V. Kalchenko have experience of workin universities in Canada and the UK; PhD in Economics O. D. Lukyanenko and V. V. Oliynyk had entrepreneurship in universities of the European Union and are certified EU lecturers. The department’s faculty actively works on improving teaching methods and formats by incorporating innovative educational technologies.
