November 7, 2023. The regular meeting of the Student Research Club “Foreign Language in the Context of Multilingualism” was held at the Department of Foreign Languages and Intercultural Communication, Faculty of International Economics and Management. 2nd, 3rd and 4th ¬¬year students took an active part in the meeting. The participants could also join the discussion in an online format.

The meeting was dedicated to the European values in Challenging times. Liesna Anastasyia, a third-year student at the Faculty of International Economics and Management, focused her presentation on the peculiarities of the EU enlargement policy,  Mushcherova Ruslana and Kachynska Olexsandra, third-year students at the Faculty of International Economics and Management, provided insights into “CIVICA for Ukraine Project”, Hytrova Nastya, a third-year student at the Faculty of International Economics and Management, highlighted the importance of the  European Values in Challenging times through Ukrainians’ perception, Lavrukhina Anastasiia, Mkoyan Arina, Riaba Sophia, Tenditna Maria, Shcherbachova Ariadna, second-year students at the Faculty of International Economics and Management, 

emphasized the role of migration policy during and after the war. They highlighted the importance of the European Values in сhallenging times and talked about different initiatives, such as volunteering, in tackling urgent humanitarian problems in times of war.

Insightful presentations and active discussions enabled students to learn from each other, develop communication and problem-solving skills, and work on real-life challenges. Mutual respect and support created a solid foundation for success of the meeting.
